01 - Wash, peel, and slice all fresh fruits as needed. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and chop the kiwi, and slice the banana.
02 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each parfait glass or serving bowl.
03 - Drizzle approximately 1/2 tablespoon of honey evenly over the yogurt layer in each glass.
04 - Arrange a mix of sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped kiwi, and banana slices over the honey-drizzled yogurt.
05 - Spoon another generous layer of yogurt over the fruit, drizzle with more honey, and add another layer of mixed fruits. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with fruit on top.
06 - Optionally sprinkle granola or toasted nuts over the top layer and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
07 - Serve immediately for a crunchy texture, or chill for 20 minutes for a softer, more melded consistency.
