Layered creamy yogurt with honey and fresh fruits for a quick healthy breakfast or elegant dessert.

# Ingredient List:

→ Dairy

01 - 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

→ Sweetener

02 - 4 tablespoons honey

→ Fruits

03 - 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
04 - 1 cup fresh blueberries
05 - 1 cup fresh kiwi, peeled and chopped
06 - 1 medium banana, sliced

→ Toppings (Optional)

07 - 1/2 cup granola or toasted nuts
08 - Fresh mint leaves for garnish

# How to Make It:

01 - Wash, peel, and slice all fresh fruits as needed. Hull and slice the strawberries, peel and chop the kiwi, and slice the banana.
02 - Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of Greek yogurt into the bottom of each parfait glass or serving bowl.
03 - Drizzle approximately 1/2 tablespoon of honey evenly over the yogurt layer in each glass.
04 - Arrange a mix of sliced strawberries, blueberries, chopped kiwi, and banana slices over the honey-drizzled yogurt.
05 - Spoon another generous layer of yogurt over the fruit, drizzle with more honey, and add another layer of mixed fruits. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with fruit on top.
06 - Optionally sprinkle granola or toasted nuts over the top layer and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
07 - Serve immediately for a crunchy texture, or chill for 20 minutes for a softer, more melded consistency.

# Expert Suggestions:

01 -
  • It takes exactly ten minutes from fridge to table and looks like you spent an hour.
  • The creamy tart yogurt paired with floral honey and juicy fruit is genuinely one of the most satisfying flavor combinations you will ever eat for breakfast.
02 -
  • Add the granola at the very last second if you want it crunchy, because it will soften into mush within an hour in the fridge and there is no recovering from that.
  • Room temperature honey drizzles much more easily and creates those beautiful thin streams, so if yours has crystallized or is cold, warm the jar briefly in a bowl of hot water first.
03 -
  • Use a piping bag or a zip top bag with the corner snipped off to layer your yogurt cleanly along the inside of the glass, which gives you those perfect visible stripes without smearing fruit juice everywhere.
  • Freeze extra ripe berries on a sheet tray before adding them to summer parfaits, because partially frozen fruit keeps everything chilled and releases just enough juice to flavor the yogurt as it thaws.
