- Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
- Combine the breadcrumbs and milk in a small bowl. Let them soak for 5 minutes until softened.
- In a large bowl, gently mix ground turkey, soaked breadcrumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, beaten eggs, parsley, thyme, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it on the prepared baking sheet or press it into the loaf pan.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
- Spread half of the ketchup glaze evenly over the meatloaf surface.
- Bake the meatloaf for 40 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread the remaining glaze on top.
- Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing to retain juiciness.
