01 - Set oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Without separating, horizontally slice the entire block of rolls to create a top and bottom half.
03 - Arrange the bottom half of the rolls on the baking sheet. Evenly layer sliced cheddar cheese over the rolls. Add ham or turkey if desired.
04 - Position the top half of the rolls over the sandwich fillings.
05 - Mix melted butter with mustard, honey, and garlic powder if preferred. Brush mixture over roll tops.
06 - Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden brown.
07 - Allow to cool for 2 minutes. Slice into mini sandwiches and serve warm.
