01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease and line a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk mashed bananas, eggs, vegetable oil, brown sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
03 - In a separate bowl, blend flour, baking soda, salt, and ground cinnamon evenly.
04 - Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir gently until just combined, avoiding overmixing.
05 - Fold in most of the chocolate chips and walnuts, reserving some for topping.
06 - Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan, smooth the surface, and sprinkle reserved chocolate chips and walnuts on top.
07 - Bake for 50 to 60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted centrally comes out clean or with a few moist crumbs.
08 - Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack until completely cooled before slicing.
