01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Unwrap Brie and place in a small oven-safe baking dish or on a parchment-lined baking tray.
03 - Drizzle honey evenly over the top of the Brie.
04 - Sprinkle chopped walnuts over the honey-coated Brie.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until Brie softens and begins to ooze without fully melting.
06 - Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
07 - Optionally, sprinkle fresh thyme leaves over the Brie.
08 - Serve warm with crackers, sliced baguette, or apple slices.
