01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line a roasting tray with baking paper or foil.
02 - In a small bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Pat the turkey breast dry and evenly rub the marinade mixture over all surfaces.
04 - Arrange bacon slices slightly overlapping on a board. Place the turkey breast on top and wrap the bacon around, tucking ends underneath to secure.
05 - Transfer the bacon-wrapped turkey to the prepared tray, seam side down. Use kitchen twine if necessary to hold bacon in place.
06 - Roast for 1 hour 15–20 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. If bacon browns too fast, cover loosely with foil.
07 - Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
08 - Garnish with lemon slices and fresh herbs as desired and serve.
