# How to Make It:

01 - Thread each potato lengthwise onto a long wooden or metal skewer.
02 - Carefully slice each potato in a continuous spiral pattern using a sharp knife while rotating the skewer from end to end. Gently stretch the spiral to separate the slices evenly.
03 - Combine olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl, mixing thoroughly.
04 - Brush or rub the seasoning mixture evenly over and between the spirals on each potato.
05 - Set air fryer temperature to 375°F and preheat for 3 minutes.
06 - Arrange potatoes in the air fryer basket so that the skewers do not touch. Cook for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway, until potatoes are golden and crispy.
